I'm obsessed with long lashes. OBSESSED. I went to high school with a girl with the most amazingly long, thick lashes, and I loved them more than she probably did. Magical things can happen with the right mascara, but a natural set of thick dark lashes are way more desirable to me. When Latisse was released a couple years ago, I thought about trying it but the whole see-a-doctor-and-get-a-prescription deterred me. No time for that. A while later, the generic version came out, but I couldn't find reviews anywhere with before/after photos. The few that I did find petered out after a couple updates, or didn't include pictures at all (pics or it didn't happen!). It's called Careprost, and you can get it sans prescription from... wait for it... India... For $13 a bottle & $25 shipping. Totally legit & not shady at all! Kidding.
I bought a couple bottles from AllDayChemist.com (shipping is flat and bottles are cheap, might as well get a bunch). I'm going to give it a try for 3 months, applying morning & night with regular updates. Wish me luck, photos of my starting point below!
P.S. AllDayChemist doesn't abide by the Do Not Call list... probably because they're based in India. Unless you put down a fake number, prepare to be called a couple times a month for a sales pitch.
